FTC was asked by a large national grocery chain to review several store locations that were experiencing much higher utility costs than their average stores. FTC was able to recommend adding CT’s and metering to determine what was causing the higher costs. FTC was able to isolate HVAC, Refrigeration and Lighting to provide the data necessary to determine the energy abusers.
