Daniel Hallisey is a seasoned HVAC/Refrigeration Mechanical Consultant with over 30 years of experience as a successful business owner. His passion for engineering and design has not only driven his career but has also allowed him to make a significant impact in various industries. Known for his hands-on approach and innovative solutions, Daniel has earned a reputation for his ability to tackle complex challenges with ease and creativity.
Outside of his professional life, Daniel is an avid drag racing enthusiast. His love for speed and precision mirrors his work ethic, where he applies the same level of dedication and strategy to both his racing and consulting projects. This passion has not only fueled his adventurous spirit but has also fostered a strong sense of community among fellow racers and mechanics.

Chuck Seely
Chuck Seely has been involved with FTC Consulting for several years after leaving Autani. Chuck worked at Autani for over a decade and focused on Business Development. Chuck led the Autani team in the development of wireless controls for HVAC, lighting and plug load for commercial buildings.
Prior to joining Autani, Chuck was the Controls National Sales Manager for EMCOR Service. EMCOR was comprised of twenty-one companies including those with office buildings, hospitals, schools and retail locations. In this position, Chuck provided opportunities for energy savings via HVAC equipment upgrades, lighting, HVAC and security controls. Chuck joined EMCOR after a 25-year career with Carrier, a division of United Technologies.
Chuck was the National Account Controls Sales Manager and provided controls for many national account retail customers including AMC, Harkins, The Limited, Walgreens, Disney and many more. Chuck began his career with Carrier calling on consulting engineers and mechanical contractors in Ohio providing Carrier CCN and VVT controls.
